The prospect of arranging a new shop fitout was quite daunting & overwhelming for us prior to engaging Revolution Retail services. Right from the outset, we were put at ease through the initial consultancy & design phase, which entailed many variations to suit our particular requirements & budget constraints, & then the actual installation phase through to completion. At all times, the Rev Retail guys were extremely professional, patient & impressive in the way they went about their business. They displayed great innovation & consideration in their efforts to secure a workable & affordable fitout to our satisfaction.

We could not be happier with Emmett Bailey and the Team at Revolution Retail for completing two fantastic shop fits for us, that are not only leading edge in design and layout, but also utilized cutting edge adjustable shop fittings that allows us to continuously change our fixturing to the ever changing retail environment that we see today.
We spent a considerable amount of time researching what we thought to be the perfect design layout, but due to ever changing demands, and continual fine-tuning of our stock mix, the easily adjustable and inter changeable shelving / slat-wall / peg board panels allowed us to regularly change our requirements with ease. An example was to replace Magazine fixturing with shelving to successfully improve stock presentation, that in turn resulted in substantial growth in high GP categories, such as gifts (over 80% Christmas 2012), Books, Art Supplies and Cards & Wrap.
The professional look of the fixturing has allowed us to display product better, and enabled us to gradually increase some more expensive gifts into our product mix. (Wall Art, Glassware, and a favourite of mine was a $750 Glass Water Feature). The quality and style of shop fixturing that was used requires little, to no maintenance, and will allows us to re-use for future shop fits, thus resulting in less capital expenditure.
