Macarthur Central Tobacconist and Lotto was a fast paced fitout with a quick turnaround. Revolution Retail worked with the lessor, Precision Group of Companies, to defit and make good a vacated tenancy, then work together with the new lessee to to achieve a high end result to suit the lessors requirements.
The new tenant’s main goals were to achieve a stand-out fitout, while fitting a full cigarette and gift range within a small tenancy. The fitout needed to be economically viable and meet all the state and govt. regulations, as well as The Lott’s and the lessor’s specifications.
